eLearning (Quality Campus) Cancellation/Withdrawal & Extension Policy
The following policy applies to students withdrawing from the e-Zsigma Quality Campus on-line (eLearning) programs, including "Personalized Training Programs" for distance education.
FULL REFUND TO REGISTRANT OF COURSE FEES PAID
1.0 Students who withdraw from the course AFTER registration and payment, but PRIOR to e-Zsigma (Canada) Inc. issuing to them their Personalized Training Plan, "PTP", (course materials, access key to register on-line to the e-Zsigma Quality Campus), will receive a full refund of course fees paid.
REFUND OF 75% OF COURSE FEES PAID
2.0 Students who withdraw from the course AFTER e-Zsigma (Canada) Inc. issuing to them their Personalized Training Plan, "PTP", (aka. course materials), and access key to register on-line to the e-Zsigma Quality Campus (eLearning), but PRIOR to them ACTIVATING their on-line registration to the e-Zsigma Quality Campus using the access key that has been provided, will receive a refund of 75% of course fees paid.
NO REFUND PERMITTED
3.0 Students withdrawing from the course after ACTIVATING their on-line registration to the e-Zsigma Quality Campus using the access key that has been provided in their PTP as well as ACCESSING one or more of the eLearning modules contained within their course will not be eligible for any refund of course fees paid.

QUALITY CAMPUS COURSE EXTENSIONS
A fixed amount of time is allocated to students to complete courses and total duration time is dependent on the program selected. Your program duration will be confirmed at the time of your initial inquiry and registration.

All requests for extensions are to be sent to the program office at sales@e-zsigma.com and will incur a 20% administration fee.
Approved extensions will receive the extension time listed above which is dependent upon the selected program.
