Lean Six Sigma enables companies to focus on reducing variation in key processes, eliminating defects, increasing customer relationships, improving business results and reducing costs. Many companies that have implemented ISO strategies have adopted Lean Six Sigma as their primary tool for effecting process improvement.
It is for this reason that Lean Six Sigma skills and methodology have become a highly sought after competency in today’s business world. It is continually being recognized by more companies as a key strategy in defending against the onslaught of low-price off-shore competition and dwindling company profits. By adding Lean Six Sigma to your resume and bringing its’ powerful tools and methodology into your organization will provide value not only for stakeholders but also for yourself.
e-Zsigma has taken the Lean Six Sigma method and created a unique program which focuses on interaction with our students through case studies and real life examples as well as the techniques, tools and methods.
“Six Sigma gives you the tools to understand how to understand your business. I can now apply formulas and method to my current job function to gain a better understanding of where we stand before going forward.”
