Conducted over a two-month period, including one-week per month of in-class training, the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt for Manufacturing program provides you with training in project management and change management skills, as well basic Lean & Six Sigma tools, process improvement tools and methodologies. With coaching and support provided by e-Zsigma, you will be encouraged to complete a process improvement project as part of your Lean Six Sigma training and certification.
After completing this course, you will be able to use and apply many of the proven Six Sigma problem-solving and statistical tools, Lean methods and principles, as well as provide key support to your organization in the identification of future process improvement opportunities, as well as the mapping and base lining of existing business processes.
