While the concepts and philosophies of Lean & Six Sigma are universal, many of the tools and methods for manufacturing and process industries do not readily apply to the financial & services environment. This accelerated training program, conducted over a two-month period, including five days of in-class training, focuses on project management and change management skills, as well basic Lean & Six Sigma tools, process improvement tools and methodologies specific to the finance & services industry. With coaching and support provided by e-Zsigma, you will be encouraged to complete a process improvement project as part of your Lean Six Sigma training and certification.
After completing this course, you will be able to use and apply many of the proven Lean Six Sigma problem-solving and statistical tools, as well as provide key support to your organization in the identification of process improvement opportunities, as well as the mapping and base lining of existing business processes.
